Artist Bio
Corrie Georgala, London based graduate in portraiture and figurative oil painter, with a BA (Hons) Fine Art (portraiture) at the The Art Academy London. Also a graduate of the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, her interest in clothing is reflected in her approach to portraiture.
Corrie has exhibited in London at the Art Academy Gallery Show, “Past, Present, Future”, London, (2024), Empress Place Studio Event during the KCAW (2024), Open Studios KCAW at Empress Place Studios (2023), the Highgate Gallery (March 2022), “Life After Life”; Newington Gallery (2019, 2020), “100 Days of Solitude” ; on-line exhibition (2020),”Beyond the Likeness”; on-line exhibition (2019) and she has participated in online exhibitions.
Corrie works from her artist studio at Empress Studios in Earls Court, South West London.
